Privacy Notice

RecruitReady is operated by Stacked Retail Technologies LLC (New York). We are the data controller for the personal information described here, meaning we decide how and why it is used.

What we collect and why

• Account details (parent/guardian name, email, login): to create your account and provide the service (contract).
• Athlete profile content (name, school, sport, stats, GPA, photos, videos, social links, bio): to build and publish the athlete's website, which you choose to make public (contract).
• Outreach tracker notes (target colleges, coach names and emails): to provide the tracker to you only (contract).
• Support messages: to answer questions (contract, legitimate interests).
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, pages visited): for security, fraud prevention and improving the service (legitimate interests).

We don't sell personal information. Payment card details are collected by Paddle, not by us.

Who we share it with

• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, managing subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing.
• Service providers who host and run the site for us (hosting, database, storage, email).
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities when required by law.

Information you publish on an athlete's page is visible to anyone, including coaches.

How long we keep it

We keep account and profile information while your account is active, and for up to 12 months after it ends unless the law requires longer. Then we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can view and edit most information in your family dashboard. You can also ask us to access, correct, delete or export your information, or object to certain uses, by emailing recruitready26@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Minors

Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect information.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and run checkout. We don't use advertising cookies.
